The average sales price in March 2018 fell below Feb 2018 in Williamson, Maury, & Robertson. However, all counties had double-digit increases in sale price vs Mar 2017, ranging from 10.4% to 27.9%.
Closed SFH sales in Mar 2018 vs Mar 2017 fell in Sumner & Maury by -6.6% and -14.8% respectively. The rest increased unit sales in ranges of 0.2% to 5.4% in March this year compared to March last year.
The market continues to move at a rapid pace and Months of Supply have no appreciable difference from previous months. The sales are keeping pace with any inventory coming on the market.
New Home Sales ranged from 13.0% to 33.5% of total homes sold during the past 12 months. Combined counties were 27.2% of the total sold.
