July 2017 Nashville Real Estate Market Reports

All counties increased Sales Prices in July 2017 over July 2016. Wilson Sumner, Rutherford County, and Maury all reported double-digit increases. In addition, all counties maintained strong increases in the median sales price over July 2017.
 
Unit Sales in July 2017 were less in Davidson, Rutherford, and Sumner counties than in July 2016. Robertson increased unit sales by 19.0% while Williamson was the lowest at 2.9%.
 
Months of Supply remained the same as last month in all but Wilson and Robertson County. Those 2 counties had a very slight drop in Months of Supply. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not considered in the above.
 
New Home Sales as a percentage of total single-family home sales saw increases in all counties except Williamson and Wilson. Williamson is still the highest at 35.2%, with Robertson the lowest at 11.9%.
