Average sales prices fell below the prior month in Davidson, Williamson, and Sumner. When compared to May 2017, Rutherford, Maury, and Robertson still show double-digit price increases, while the remaining counties range from 4.3% to 0.5% increase in average sale price.
Closed SFH sales in May 2018 indicate fewer homes sold in Davidson, Sumner, Maury, and Wilson compared to May 2017. Percentage of decrease in units sold ranged from -21.8% to -3.9%.
Sales continue to absorb new inventory as quickly as it comes onto the market. Months of Supply heading into June did increase slightly in every county except Robertson where there was no change.
New Home Sales ranged from 13.0% to 33.1% of total homes sold during the past 12 months. The 7 counties combined were 26.6% of the total sold.
