June 2017 Market Reports

 
All counties increased Sales Prices in June 2017 over June 2016. Wilson County had the highest at 19.6% and Robertson had the lowest at 3.4%. Three counties still have double-digit increases in prices over June 2016. Median Sale Prices in June 2017 show four counties with double-digit increases compared to June 2016.
 
Unit Sales in June 2017 compared to June 2016 increased only in Sumner, Wilson, and Robertson. Davidson had the highest decline with -9.5% followed by Williamson, Rutherford, and Maury.
 
All counties, except Wilson, have some improvements in the Months of Supply. Williamson showed the best improvement with 3 months of supply. Other counties increased slightly. The Under Contract-Showing numbers are not considered in the above.
 
New Home Sales continue to show a growing percentage of total single-family home sales in all counties. Williamson is highest at 35.5%, with Robertson the lowest at 11.7%.
